Sultan bin Khalifa receives Prime Minister of Malta
ABU DHABI, 9th February, 2016 (WAM) – H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, Adviser to the UAE President, today received Joseph Moscato, Prime Minister of the Republic of Malta, and his accompanying delegation. At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Sheikh Sultan welcomed the Maltese Prime Minister, wishing that the visit will contribute to strengthening co-operation and consolidating the friendship between the two countries in all fields. The two sides discussed economic co-operation and investment relations, ways of enhancing and diversifying them to serve the development goals of both nations, as well as more opportunities to allow the private sector in both countries to establish new joint companies. During the meeting, Dr. Sheikh Sultan and Moscato also reviewed the overall relations between the UAE and Malta which started to see more development and growth, especially in the trade, economic and investment fields. Sheikh Sultan bin Khalifa reaffirmed the depth of relations between the two countries and their co-operation in various fields, stressing the UAE's keenness to increase these relations by looking to open wider horizons of bilateral co-operation.
